General terms and conditions of service provision

Using the platform's services constitutes full acceptance of the regulations in their current wording. Formal requirements for users

Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple profiles by the same person will result in the immediate blocking of all associated accounts.

During registration, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Until successful verification, access to some service functions may remain limited. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles us to close the account and terminate the agreement.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law and social norms. It is strictly forbidden to:

• Exploiting technical errors, security vulnerabilities, or oversights in the service's software.
• Using bots, scripts, and other tools that automate technical interactions.
• Attempting to hack into systems, modify website code, or distribute malicious software.

• Publishing offensive, defamatory, or infringing content on the rights of others.

All financial operations on the platform are subject to rigorous security procedures. The user may make deposits only from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. Using funds from illegal sources is severely punished and reported to the relevant authorities in Poland. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by sending a request to close the account to the support department.

All disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties undertake to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict through negotiation. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the common court competent for the operator's registered office.
